The City of San Diego Recreation Council, Mira Mesa Town Council, and Mira Mesa Senior Center held their first ever Veterans Day Celebration on November 11, 2018. Lions have a strong commitment to supporting sight and hearing projects, assisting members of our armed forces and veterans, the homeless, and other undeserved groups. The Downtown San Diego Lions Club funds and participates in a wide variety of service projects that are inline with the goals of Lions Clubs International as well as those of our San Diego community.
