From start to finish I had THE best experience I've had at any dealership ever. Ricardo Lopez, was such a wonderful help to me and my husband our experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Fresno dealership was phenomenal they checked in on us every thing that the car was going through whatever test and once they found out what the problem was they fixed it and gave us back our key and we turned in our loaner very happy five star treatment ! Horrible experience in the service department, no calls, kept my car overnight without a loaner car (or even offer... for one). I save lives each day, but you saved me from driving my old car. The workers here were fast and respectful as well.

Mercedes-Benz of Fresno PTGMB is a Yelp advertiser. I can't give it 5 stars, as there was a big hiccup, along the way, but overall, I am very satisfied. Yelp users haven’t asked any questions yet about Mercedes-Benz of Fresno PTGMB. I'm sure my experience would have been great either way because this place is top notch and staffed with the highest level personnel but Ricardo really made it that much better. I was having one of the worst days, Just got a flat driving down the 99 and their receptionist got me over to Roadside Assistance with ease and had a tow truck bring my car in. Best RegardsCal Sager.
